Start with a wander through town, the cradle of chinaware. After a visit to the Deshoulières museum take a detour to admire the grave of Louis Lourioux, one of France's greatest ceramist.

If you are interested in pottery and ceramics, head straight for the Centre de Céramique Contemporaine de la Borne. Many craftsmen living in the village will reveal their secrets on the art of working Sandstone.
